PRESENTATION


Ben Lucas, Gotcha4Life Facilitator, will kickstart the mental fitness conversation with an engaging and interactive presentation. Designed to challenge stigma and inspire action, Ben will share his lived experience through powerful storytelling, grounded in evidence-based mental health protective factors.

Following the presentation, Matt Cameron will share insights into how strong leadership and team culture contribute to success, both on and off the field.

An exciting panel discussion will then take place, featuring key business leaders from Western Sydney. They will offer their perspectives on promoting health and wellbeing in the workplace, sharing strategies for managing stress, creating a supportive environment, and implementing practices that prioritise staff mental and physical health.

Ben Lucas   |   Gotcha4Life Facilitator, Mental Fitness Advocate

Ben’s passion for mental fitness stems from a personal journey. Losing his Dad to cancer then several friends to suicide at a young age created a drive for encouraging open communication and teaching people to check on their mates. Ben empowers audiences to embrace vulnerability and seek out human connection in an energetic and relatable way.



Matthew Cameron   |   CEO, Rugby League, Penrith Panthers

Matthew Cameron, CEO of the Penrith Panthers, brings over 28 years of experience in Rugby League. He joined the Panthers in 2012 as High-Performance Manager, playing a key role in developing their Junior Pathway program, which is now regarded as the most successful in international rugby league. After serving as General Manager of Rugby League, Matt was promoted to CEO in 2022, leading a team that helped the Panthers to four consecutive NRL premierships from 2021 to 2024.

Before his time at the Panthers, Matt spent seven seasons as an Assistant Coach at the Parramatta Eels, adding valuable coaching experience to his extensive career. As CEO, Matt has become a driving force behind the Panthers’ success, helping shape the club’s culture with his strategic vision and passion for the game, ensuring continued success in the Rugby League arena.


Judy Deuchar   |   CEO, TVSN

Judy Deuchar is an experienced CEO with over 30 years of international leadership across the UK, Australia, South Africa, the US, and Asia. She has shaped top retail and lifestyle brands through innovation, strategic vision, and a strong belief in people. Specializing in retail and brand transformation, Judy has led businesses in live commerce, e-commerce, TV shopping, and wholesale, forging key partnerships with global brands like Sony, Vogue, and Universal Music.

Known for blending commercial creativity with emotional intelligence, Judy fosters strong cultures, navigates change, and drives innovation from digital transformation to AI. She is passionate about mentoring future leaders. A multi-award-winning executive, advisory board member, and contributing editor, Judy offers a global perspective on business and purposeful career-building. She resides in Sydney with her family and enjoys painting and pickleball.


Brad Horder   |   Director, Motiv8sports Hills – Blacktown – Penrith – Parramatta

Brad is a dedicated educator with over 18 years experience in the physical activity and education sectors.

Brad is the Director and Owner of Motiv8sports Hills – Blacktown – Penrith – Parramatta, overseeing a large team that sees more than 20,000 children partake in their programs each year.

Brad is passionate about providing young people with the best opportunities and fostering growth through physical activity and life skills in a fun and safe environment.


Dr Jaspreet Saini   |   Clinic Director, Healthicare

Dr. Jaspreet Saini is an accomplished leader in primary health care, bringing extensive experience in clinical governance, innovation, and education to his role at Healthicare. With a background as Clinical Director for WentWest and an AMA NSW Councillor, Jas has demonstrated a consistent commitment to driving excellence in healthcare delivery and fostering collaboration across the health sector.

As an Honorary Lecturer at Macquarie University and a GP Supervisor for The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and several universities, Jas has been instrumental in mentoring the next generation of clinicians. His work reflects his passion for education, leadership, and empowering healthcare teams to deliver the highest standards of care. Jas’s dedication to innovation extends beyond clinical practice. As an advisor to leading health tech companies, he has helped shape advancements in technology-driven solutions that improve patient outcomes and streamline care delivery.
