Bigger, bolder, more demanding, more connected, more pressed for time, more insecure and above all more technologically adaptive. Meet your customer of the future.
If there is one place on the Australian continent where the customer of the future will evolve quickest it is in Western Sydney. Here we will see a more connected, a more prosperous, and a more demanding customer of the future. Shoppers that want to shop 24/7 and that expect engagement. Clients that are used to comparing local service providers with the best they can Google. Customers that are truly cosmopolitan - and all connected into the job market of one the world’s most important global cities. Here is Western Sydney and here is where you will find the latest iteration of the customer of the future that will then seep into other Australian markets.
